Special review and assessment of Offshore Mooring design, review of offshore mooring installation procedures for ongoing floater projects (FPSO/FSO/FLNG/FSRU) and choice of mooring during early stages of field development for floater concepts can be offered as per request.
We also offer technical interface management through our team to tie in various interfaces in engineering and construction so as to achieve a common project delivery goal.
In addition to the above, we can be your representative (Client Rep.) in Energy Project during the entire execution thus helping our Clients to always have a team of experts on those critical areas of the project, which will be tracked and assessed by us so as to avoid cost and schedule over-runs by early detection and providing planned recovery or mitigation action
We have very close alliances with major shipyards in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Korea and Japan. We have hands on experience in executing major FPSO/FSRU/FSO projects with Shipyards in Singapore, China and Korea and hence can be helpful in providing counselling towards the selection of shipyards for both new-building and conversion of old service/trading vessels to FPSO/FSO/FSRU/FLNG etc. We believe that a proper selection of shipyard is a major project decision dictating the final outcome in the case of floater conversion project.
