We are a team of Energy professionals who have joined hands to get our varied experiences to cater for the best Project Management Consultation (PMC) towards ongoing and future Energy projects, not only in Asia, but all over the world.

Even though started in 2015, we have individual experiences in the sector for more than 40 years. 

Founded on the idea of providing cost and time effective professional services with the use of 40 years of experience in “Project Management”, our industry knowledge and huge network will help us to facilitate as your extended arm.

Prasanth Nair
Owner, Director

Prasanth have 25 years of experience in the Energy the sector with rich exposure to the new-build and conversion FPSO / FSO / FSRU / FLNG projects.
He has successfully completed 13 FPSO live projects and worlds first new-built FSRU moored to a Tower Yoke System, Offshore Indonesia, and actively involved in 30+ FPSO International Technical Bids (ITB) and 13 FSRU ITB for various clients like Equinor, Shell, Petrobras, CNR, TSJOC, Exxon, Total, BP, PGN, Pertamina etc through service providers like Keppel Offshore and Marine (KOM), MODEC, Prosafe Productions, Hoegh LNG etc.
​While in KOM, he was actively involved in SBM, TK Shipping and Prosafe FPSO/FSO projects, also he was in the R&D department in KOM, looking after the FPSO design trends and providing active market updates to whole of the group. 

Hans Kristiansen
Owner, Managing Director

Hans is a Norwegian in his best age, Who has been a resident in Singapore for last 16 years. He came to Singapore as SVP (Senior Vice President) Projects, in Prosafe Production, and was responsible for the conversion of 3 units, 2 FPSO's (one Oil producer and one Gas producer), and worlds first FDPSO (FPSO with drilling).

These 3 Projects were completed and delivered in late 2009, further to that he had been responsible for the completion of a combined pipe-laying and heavy lift vessel for Solstad Offshore in Singapore. This Project was completed during April 2011, and then moved to Hoegh LNG Asia in Singapore, with responsibility for project execution of LNG projects in Asia. He completed with his team the worlds first newbuilt FSRU on a state of the art tower yoke mooring system which was installed in Indonesia.

In his 45 years in Energy (from 1977), he was employed by Statoil for 22 years (all time in Project related positions), in the position of "Project Director" for the last 15 years, and before that about 13 years on “Project Manager” level.

Specialties: Organising, launch and execution of major projects, troubleshooting by going into the existing projects and re-organiser as necessary, further activating the necessary actions to get project up on the line. He has vast experience from all types of projects within O&G and shipping, be it onshore LNG plant, FSRU, refineries, Subsea developments, offshore platforms, FPSOs (new and conversions), as well as heavy construction vessels

Madeleine Neo
Administration Manager

Madeleine is a Singaporean who has been serving varied market sectors in South East Asia for many years. She is a strategic office professional with many years of working experience equipped with a multitude of skills and is able to to meet the organization objectives and demands with strong credentials in setting up foreign companies in Singapore and other parts of Asia. Fluency in Chinese dialects helps her to bridge our business between our Chinese clients. 

She administers the office management of our Singapore office overseeing secretarial and accounting side of responsibilities for the day to day running of the office. She has specialist skills in human resource, sales and marketing, costumer service and hosting Company events as deemed necessary. 

Kjell Aage Iversen
Project Control Manager

Mr. Iversen has more than 40 plus years’ experience within HV development and Energy EPC projects from Feed phase to Operational handover of projects with successful execution on major international Projects for both suppliers and owner/operator.
His roles within Projects has been executed in Europe, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and Middle East with major clients like Statoil, ConocoPhillips and Hitachi Energy.
 
Within Project Control he has managed roles and areas like Cost, Schedule, Forecasting, Risk, Change Control, Document management, Completion and Reporting
 
Mr. Iversen has broad experience in all aspects within project management. Have good communication skills and adapts easily to new environments and cultures, develops, and maintains well relationships and trust within project team, partners, clients, and stakeholders
He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Gothenburg University in Sweden.
